If you are sending your parts to Air Flow Solutions to be ported, please read the following:
Remove gaskets and any extenuating bolts from intakes. A $10.00 cleaning charge will be applied on any USED intake orders received. Use extra packing materials when shipping.
Air Flow Solutions is not responsible for any damage incurred during shipment of a product from a customer to us.
Include the following information inside the box when shipping your parts:
- Full name
- Contact phone number
- Return shipping address
- Email
- Description of your order

We expect for customers to have already been paid for service work to be done when we receive their parts.
** If you are shipping an intake and throttle body together, make sure there is plenty of padding between the two in the box!

We accept payment in the following forms:
- Credit Card – Once you have received your AFS Invoice, respond to the email provided and an Air Flow Solutions representative will set up a time to take payment over the phone. Do not send your credit card info via the contact form or email. (Please note: a credit card processing fee of 3.5% may be required)
- PayPal - Once you have received your AFS Invoice, respond to the email provided and Air Flow Solutions will provide a PayPal invoice to the provided email address for remittance. (Please note: a PayPal processing fee of 3.5% may be required)
- Zelle - Once you have received your AFS Invoice, respond to the email provided with your Zelle Payment Information (the Email address or Phone Number attached to your Zelle account) and Air Flow Solutions will send a request for the total through Zelle. Please do not send payment without receiving the Money Request from Air Flow Solutions.
- Check– Make payable to Air Flow Solutions and include the order number from your AFS Invoice in the notes section of the check. If you do not have an order number contact Air Flow Solutions. Any checks received without an order number will not be processed. Send the check via secured courier with signature required (FedEx, UPS, USPS Certified Mail). If you are sending a product to Air Flow Solutions please do not place the check in the box. (Please note: Shipment may be delayed based on time for the check to clear. Some financial institutions take up to 10 business days)
